It has this black and white style and all of the art has this kind of rough look to the lines which I love and really makes it all seem very dark and gritty. Seriously, this game is phenomenal in the art department. The first time I saw Broken Heart Bordello I was blown away by the way that the game looked. I feel that the story is decent, but had they kept this all serious it could have been something amazing. However, it then has lots of comedy elements in it too and one of the later chapters is more about a handball tournament than anything else. You would expect a revenge tale like this to be serious and moody and it is in places. That premise along with the way the game looks was enough to get me invested before I even started the game! The thing is, Broken Heart Bordello is a story that is all over the place.
